Thiemo receives no Davis Cup call-up
Thiemo has not received a call-up for the Dutch Davis Cup squad, when the Netherlands meets Romania in Amsterdam on 6, 7 and 8 April. Captain Jan Siemerink has sent an invitation to Robin Haase, Jean-Julien Rojer, Igor Sijsling and Thomas Schoorel.
First time
It is the first time Thiemo will not feature in the Dutch Davis Cup squad since his debut in April 2008. The former Wimbledon juniors champion also did not appear in the team against South Africa (July 2011), but still travelled with the squad to Johannesburg.
