Heavy task Dutch Davis Cup team

Netherlands has to come back from a 1-2 deficit against South Africa to secure the next stage of the Davis Cup. Robin Haase and Jesse Huta Galung lost their doubles match against Kevin Anderson and Rik de Voest (7-6, 2-6, 4-6, 4-6) on Saturday.

Both countries made some changes before the start of the match in Potchefstroom. Haase substituted Igor Sijsling on Dutch side, while South Africans Anderson and De Voest appeared instead of Izak van der Merwe and Wesley Moodie.

It has happened twice in Davis Cup history Netherlands has won a Davis Cup tie 3-2 after being 1-2 down. This was in 1979 and 1993 against Denmark and Spain respectively.
